Our final task was to create three different faces all with different feature i decide to create a robotic face and stretch it out, i thought it was cool. My next face was an attempt at a cowboy and ended up a mix of a pirate, was totally supposed to do that. last was me struggling to create another face so i made a lizard....i think. Afterwards we created emotions using 6 faces of emotions. We changed the features and swapped them around.Wednesday, 21 October 2015
Faces
In this lesson we started our project of character creation and to start things of we did a little exercise of drawing a simple face. The first step in creating a face it to make an oval, then make a cross about halfway. Then we drew our eyes on the horizontal line and made the ears parallel to them. Then made another line underneath, then added a nose and did the same for the mouth, and added the hair line. After that we went on to create more detailed geometric shape which was rather difficult as i can draw anyways. We created more triangle knows and curvier eyes. Our last facial exercise was creating robotic shapes with the face by adding more straight than curvy lines and all lines linking up. My final design as shown with the bigger head went wrong so I decided to create something "unique".
